Facts
- The building was rare for London in that it featured floorplates that were hung from the roof structure.
- The triangulated roof structure occupied three storeys and was constructed from heavy post-tensioned concrete beams, more commonly associated with bridge design. This allowed for perimeter columns to be eliminated.
- The roof structure occupied the 23rd to the 25th floor which was independent of the 23rd and housed the plant room.
