Facts
- The main plaza to the north features a red steel sculpture by Alexander Calder, named "Flamingo".
- Named after U.S. Congressman John C. Kluczynski, who represented Illinois from the Fifth Congressional District from 1951 to 1975.
- Built on the site of the old Chicago Federal Building, a landmark structure with a high dome in the center of the block.
- In May 2006 a construction worker repairing this building's facade found a raccoon climbing the scaffolds at the 36th floor.
